Your position as a Telesales Representative will be to drive sales and revenue growth for the company. You will be responsible for building customer relationships through outbound calls, promoting the products and services, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Understand customer needs, answer queries, and provide relevant information about products/services.
- Accurately record and update customer information in the database during and after each call.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales is a plus.
