We’re looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager. The experience required for this job is 5+ years. Immigration, Real Estate, Hospitality, Banking, and Insurance industry experience would be preferred.
Job Description:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport.
- Cold Calling
- Client Meetings & Sales closure.
- To nurture inbound leads to potential prospects.
- To enhance customers’ experience.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members & peers to develop their skills.
- Competition Mapping.
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond
- Effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
- Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- To understand & execute documentation related to department & company.
- Have a good understanding of the business’s products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
Skill sets required:
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to client.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasing personality.
- High on energy and confidence level Go-getter attitude.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Excellent questioning and probing knowledge and skills.
