Sr. Business Development Manager

Location: Dubai

We’re looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager. The experience required for this job is 5+ years. Immigration, Real Estate, Hospitality, Banking, and Insurance industry experience would be preferred.

Job Description:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport.
  • Cold Calling
  • Client Meetings & Sales closure.
  • To nurture inbound leads to potential prospects.
  • To enhance customers’ experience.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members & peers to develop their skills.
  • Competition Mapping.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond
  • Effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
  • Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
  • To understand & execute documentation related to department & company.
  • Have a good understanding of the business’s products or services and be able to advise others about them.
  • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.

Skill sets required:

  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to client.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Pleasing personality.
  • High on energy and confidence level Go-getter attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of computers.
  • Excellent questioning and probing knowledge and skills.
