We are looking for a Receptionist for one of our clients. This position involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Professionally greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and timely manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendars for meetings and events.
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments for smooth service delivery.
- Addressing routine issues or complaints from teams internally, escalating when necessary.
Requirements
- Arabic speaker with excellent English is a must (Mandatory)
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role will be helpful.
- Polite and professional demeanour.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
