Requirement Analysis & Test Strategy:
1. Analyze requirements, identify ambiguities, and ensure clear, testable requirements.
2. Prepare Test Strategy documents.
3. Develop and review peer-level test cases.
Test Execution & Defects Triage:
1. Execute test cases, both manual and automated.
2. Raise defects and participate in defect triage.
3. Monitor and communicate defects to development teams and oversee their resolution.
Share QA reports with project stakeholders.
1. Provide sign-off on QA gates in the project lifecycle.
2. Follow all defined QA processes and participate in assigned QA activities as per RACI.
3. Share relevant data with QA Process Champion for continuous improvement.
4. Contribute to knowledge management and training of project stakeholders.
5. Be part of a common QA pool shared across Al Futtaim projects.
Test Automation:
1. Identify and automate regression test cases.
2. Serve as the Test Automation Architect to determine automation scope for the project.
Performance Testing:
1. Serve as the Test Automation Architect to determine the need for
2. performance testing in the project.
3. Write performance test cases.
Data & Environment:
1. Implement test data management strategy across environments based on domain/project/application.
2. Monitor environment availability during project execution.
3. Monitor deployments in the environment and timeline for effective QA planning and utilization.
QA Deliverable Reviews:
1. Ensure the quality, schedule, and effort spent on QA deliverables.
2. Participate in verification and validation activities on QA tasks using JIRA.
3. Review all project deliverables – test cases, execution, progress reports, defects, and end-to-end traceability.
Education:
College or university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
Relevant professional qualifications are desirable (e.g., ISTQB Foundational Level or Certified Advanced or Expert Tester).
Experience in JIRA, QMetry, and Tricentis TOSCA.
Job-Specific Skills:
Expertise in SAP IS Auto both in ECC and S/4 HANA.
Analysis and troubleshooting skills used to support end users.
