Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst

Location: Dubai

CLIENT is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst to join their Application technical team in Dubai. This role will involve providing support, enhancement, and implementation services using Oracle Fusion Applications technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business problems and opportunities, interpreting requirements within the Oracle Fusion Architecture framework, and proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Utilize strong Techno-Functional knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM application to drive system enhancements and support initiatives

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related fields.

Experience: 3-5 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Talent Management (Performance Management, Role Management, Talent Profile), BI & OTBI Reporting tools, data extraction and loading, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Fusion Approval Flow, Fusion HCM Security, and page customization. Experience in Redwood design is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and HCM Fast Formula.
  • Strong expertise in system integrations, BI/OTBI Reports, OTBI, BI Publishers, Infolets, SQL, PL/SQL, and HR dashboards.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, ORC, and application security within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including report writing and presentation abilities.
