Operation Executive

Location: Dubai

We’re seeking an Operation Executive to handle visa processing, client management, and document organization. The role requires professionalism, multitasking skills, and proficiency in communication and problem-solving. Candidates with relevant experience and a commitment to excellence are encouraged to apply.

  • Process visas for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • To manage client’s documentation file records and update the status of pending documents to the respective authority.
  • Data Management.
  • Assisting and coordinating with the sales team regarding updates of their clients.
  • Basic knowledge of finance and accounting.
  • Review and verify client documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to address inquiries and provide  assistance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canvas for creating and managing  documents.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or concerns clients raise promptly and effectively.
  • Continuously update knowledge of visa regulations and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing files and documents
  • Experience in client handling.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
  • Experience in the visa processing department. (preferable)
  • Exceptional research skills & presentation skills.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Qualifications: Education level- Must have completed graduation (preferably B.COM/MBA) Specific skills: Excellent communication preferably in Hindi, English Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Canvas for creating and managing documents.
