We’re seeking an Operation Executive to handle visa processing, client management, and document organization. The role requires professionalism, multitasking skills, and proficiency in communication and problem-solving. - Process visas for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- To manage client’s documentation file records and update the status of pending documents to the respective authority.
- Data Management.
- Assisting and coordinating with the sales team regarding updates of their clients.
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting.
- Review and verify client documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canvas for creating and managing documents.
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns clients raise promptly and effectively.
- Continuously update knowledge of visa regulations and industry best practices
Requirements:

Key Skills/Experience:
- Qualifications: Education level- Must have completed graduation (preferably B.COM/MBA) Specific skills: Excellent communication preferably in Hindi, English Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Canvas for creating and managing documents.
