With a remarkable career spanning over 20 years in banking, Mr Achal made a strategic move into entrepreneurship in 2003, establishing a significant presence in the UAE, India, and Canada. His exceptional expertise in Deal Structuring, Financing, and Complex M&A, as well as JV transactions across various industries, sets him apart as a true industry leader. Mr Julfar is the Chairman and Promoter of Legacy Smart Employment Services (LSES). Throughout his career, he has held senior positions in various government organizations, such as Dubai Police and the Department of Tourism & Commerce.
Currently, Mr Julfar serves as a Director at Dubai World Trade Centre, where his strong leadership qualities shine through. His profound knowledge and his strategic efforts have greatly helped in promoting DWTC and positioning Dubai as a commercial hub. With a wealth of expertise, Mr Julfar has played a pivotal role in shaping the resounding success of LSES.
Maqbool Ali

Mr Maqbool brings with him an impressive 25 years of extensive experience in HR/Operations, with a specialization of over 25 years in Manpower Outsourcing. Prior to co-founding LSES, he spent 17 years working with a renowned HR Firm as a co-founding member. His expertise lies in HR Operations, and he possesses a strong network within both government and client organizations. Notably, Mr Maqbool has worked closely with numerous Financial Institutions in the UAE, further highlighting his commitment to excellence.

Mr Nirav has over 20 years of experience, starting from running his own practice to leading the consulting firm KPMG, and further working with major family-owned corporate groups. As the Founder & Group Managing Director of FAME Advisory Group, he has carved a niche for himself as a specialist in International Tax and Finance. Nirav offers expert consultation on various cross-border transactions from an International Tax and Regulatory perspective, which plays a crucial role in facilitating successful outcomes for clients engaging in global ventures.
